Logan is almost 7 years old. He has been anticipating losing his first tooth for a while now. Many of his school friends have lost 2, 3, 4 teeth already. Last night, he said his tooth hurt and it was a little wiggly. Well it was late, because we had been at the IX indoor amusement park and we really didn't pay attention to it because they were all so tired. It was 10:30. . . well past their bedtime. So this morning he shows me his tooth and it is really wiggly. He messed with it all day. . . complaining it hurt when he ate, but still really excited about the possibility of losing it. He took a break from eating dinner and I was trying to tell him that if he just really pushed it back and forth that it would come right out. It was bleeding a little and he was really trying to wiggle it. . . I went in the bathroom and gave it a good push forward and out it popped. It landed right on his arm. He was ecstatic. He was so proud of himself for losing a tooth. It is safely tucked under his pillow. He can't wait for the tooth fairy to come tonight.
