4th of July and Paislee's 1st week

This year was pretty low key for the 4th.  We decided last minute to go see fireworks.  It worked out pretty good because Paislee just woke up from a nap and so I knew she would be up for a little bit.  I didn't want to get blocked in and not get out afterward so we parked at the family video by our house.  It was pretty good.  You could see all the high ones just not the low ones because of the trees.  They shoot them off over the hs stadium.  The boys really loved them and Paislee and I sat in the car.  I didn't want it to be too loud for her.  It was a good night but the kids were exhausted since it was late.  Then on the 4th, we just hung out around the house.  At nap time Todd took Logan and Hudson to his parents for a bit.  Then we did a campfire in the 95 degree heat to cook our hotdogs and then roasted marshmallows and had s'mores.  We played outside until about 9, another late night for them. Campbell decided it was too hot for clothes. Poor Paislee was sweating outside and we were in the shade and not out for very long.  It is hard to even go outside with this heat.

Paislee is doing great. She is an eating and pooping machine.  Logan and Hudson just love holding her and they do a great job at it.  Campbell still isn't interested in holding her.  He loves imitating her though.  Everyone just wants to help her when she cries and none of her big brothers seemed to be bothered by it.  Logan, Hudson and Campbell love her so much already.  She sleeps pretty good.  She will go for 3 hour stretches at night, which is great.  Hope she keeps it up. Here are a few pics.
